As a local market, in business for close to 20 years, we are always looking for new ways to connect with customers and build our client base. In contemplating a move into social media we turned to OSG Marketing for a strategy and implementation of this. The results far exceeded our expectations. Almost a year later, we are still receiving positive feedback and seeing brilliant results from OSG Marketing’s presentation, addressing online marketing fundamentals, given at the 2011 Annual Retailers’ Conference. Many members, hesitant to do so before, set-up Facebook pages as a direct result of this. These pages created a new and effective means for staying in touch with and engaging consumers. These establishment of these Facebook pages also made a direct and significant contribution to the incredible success of our first ever Neighbourhood Toy Store Day, held across Canada this past November. Our involvement with OSG Marketing has had a major impact on the marketing initiatives of NETS and its members.
